VIII Congress of the Spanish Council for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CERCP)

The VIII Congress of the Spanish Council of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CERCP) was held on November 7 and 8 at the Valencia Conference Center. We were together with the Emergency Medical Service of the Valencian Community in this very special edition following the events of the DANA.

The theme of this year’s 2025 edition was: “The Congress of Time-Dependent Pathologies.”

The aim of all people dedicated to emergencies is to offer the best of their knowledge and work in their daily tasks. And this is focused on people who, for any reason, have experienced some type of illness or accident in their lives.

In this regard, and echoing time-dependent pathologies, we must consider that the situation presented is one of acting as early as possible against these pathologies, as both diagnostic and therapeutic delays negatively influence the evolution that the process may take.
